Reincarnation is a major belief of those who follow the
New Age movement, as well as several ancient Eastern Religions. It’s gained
popularity in America recently, as well, as showing up in many movies, TV shows,
and books.
The Bible flatly contradicts the idea that a person
can come back for multiple lives: “Just as man is destined to die once, and after that to face judgment,
so Christ was sacrificed once to take away the sins of many people.” (Hebrews
9:27-28)
Humans only die one physical death, then we face God’s judgment. That
closes the door on multiple lives for those who believe the Bible. This life
is the only we get in which to respond to God’s offer of the free gift
of salvation through Jesus.
