Don't Buy The Lie

Are witches real?

Without a doubt, many people see themselves as witches and practice what they call magick or witchcraft. Most do not see themselves as traditional Satanists. Either they do not believe in Satan or they don’t worship him. Instead, they see witchcraft as a way of accessing the power of the spirit world and of nature.

The recent surge in media spirituality has included large doses of witches and witchcraft. On TV, “Buffy the Vampire Slayer’s” Willow discovered that she was a powerful and gifted witch and used her powers (mostly) to fight evil. The young and attractive women of “Charmed” are witches with even more impressive supernatural powers.

And, of course, the media phenomenon that is Harry Potter has made one particular group of witches and wizards hugely popular with kids, teens, and adults alike.
